Supporting individual goals
Support may help the person strengthen social connections, participate more fully in community life, explore interests, and build confidence in everyday settings.
Where support happens
Companion support commonly centers on preferred activities and inclusive community settings where social participation can develop naturally.
What to expect
Activities are planned with the person—not for the person—and adjusted around interests, communication, comfort, and approved goals.
Working with families and WSCs
Holley Star communicates with the person and appropriate stakeholders to clarify schedules, authorized outcomes, changing circumstances, and next steps. Service documentation supports continuity and accountability while protected information is shared only through approved channels.
