Holley Star focuses on four authorized service areas, delivered according to individual needs, approved goals, service requirements, and current availability.
Individualized assistance with daily living, personal routines, independence, safety, and goals identified in the person’s authorized plan.
Nonmedical support that encourages social connection, meaningful activity, recreation, community participation, and safety.
Temporary support and supervision that promotes the individual’s well-being and safety while offering relief to an unpaid caregiver.
Coaching that helps adults build and maintain the skills needed to live in their own home and participate in their community.
Availability and fit
Individuals and families may contact Holley Star directly. WSCs may use the professional referral pathway. We review general needs, county, authorization status when known, staffing, and service fit before communicating next steps.
