Coaching that helps adults build and maintain the skills needed to live in their own home and participate in their community. Support is nonmedical and follows the person’s authorized plan, preferences, and applicable service requirements.

The coach helps the person plan, practice, evaluate choices, and solve problems while preserving self-direction and avoiding unnecessary dependence.
Working with families and WSCs
Holley Star communicates with the person and appropriate stakeholders to clarify schedules, authorized outcomes, changing circumstances, and next steps. Service documentation supports continuity and accountability while protected information is shared only through approved channels.
